Please Nerf Illaoi

I personally think illaoi is so incredibly broken. It could be because of how strong all bruisers are atm, but I don't know how riot thought illaoi was anywhere near balanced when making her. Her q and e hitboxes are so broken and trying to dodge her q in lane is hard when the hitbox is so big. And her stupid broken e that late game does nearly as much damage as a mordekaiser ult and it's so easy to his with its broken ass hitbox. Is it so hard to sharpen the hitboxes so shit on this game can make some sense? I think the best thing about her has to be how easy her build path is. Build black cleaver and then whatever you need after, still bursting people down no matter what you build. She has percent damage on her mini dive, so first she can deal 10% of your health then if a tentacle hits then you've got half of your health gone unless you build tank. Not to mention her sustain if she hits someone with a tentacle, like what the fuck do you even do against her. She has nearly no mana problems with her mana costs, and her stupid ass e. That shit is cancer. If you're not paying attention then YOU GET SLOWED MY 80 % FOR 1.5 SECONDS. How do you even counter someone that can deal at least half of your health with a e,w,q combo and probably kill you with ult. I'm bronze, so I know I'm not that good, but she is so easy and braindead and seems like she has no counter.
