Wtf is wrong with Cho

I personally think Cho is one of the most unbalanced champs in the game. A lot of people say it makes of for his lack of mobility, but it's still complete bs what he can do. He has so much sustain in laning phase, it's nearly impossible to kill him if he has any bit of common sense to play passively pre 6. He has so much health and when he gets just one tank item, it takes forever to kill him if you can even get close to it. His ult is broken as hell. It deals like 600 TRUE DAMAGE to champions. That's TRUE DAMAGE like wtf is wrong with him. I now it's a short range, but that won't be a problem with his annoying as hell knock up that does a quarter of an adcs health late game if not more. I think he needs nerfs to make his stats more reasonable, it's just stupid what he can do.

(I'm a bronze please no hate lmao)

I get that, but if he hits it it's the most rewarding thing for cho and to make sure you don't get away it has a slow and he can silence you.

When you get hit by enemy abilities it's bad for you, that's what makes it a game.

I've been playing quite a bit of Cho recently and I am not going to disagree with you. Sure, you can "just dodge the knock-up", but I generally build Rylai pretty often so I'm not completely reliant on it for sticking power. Even early pre-6 trading I can put some pressure down in lane with a scream auto for thunderlord procs against any melee champion. Whether he's top or mid, he's probably gonna be tanky as hell by the time he stacks up his ult.

I don't know what his winrates are looking like across the board, but he feels really satisfying if you just go even in lane because you're going to be pumping out some serious CC in fights. People can try to dodge knockups all day but a single one is all it takes for you to walk in and instagib a carry before they can react at all. People cite mobility a lot as a problem with Cho, but when you can get swifties and ZZ'rot portal, you build up a hell of a lot of movement speed around lanes. Even if you can't chase down carries and you miss every single knockup, you still have a 2.5s silence, so no matter what, you will be relevant.

Typical bronze logic "It's hard to kill in lane therefore OP"

It's easier to deal with him if you:

  • Are ranged.
  • Don't rely on initial burst.
  • Don't get caught in his rupture.
  • Have some method of zoning him.

Having played cho a lot. Atleast his Q,W,E haven't had their hit boxes fixed or we would see talon levels of treatment on the boards.
