Is pantheon a good low elo pick

Pantheon is without a doubt the most feast or famine champion in the game. Thats why riot wants to rework him. He also requires no mechanical skill. His whole kit is point and click. He is also cancer to lane against. You basically have to actively gank bot to be successful with him and since nobody calls missing and they have shit map awareness you can d that every tine you back or every time you respawn. Also since your adc will be fed from all those ganks, you dont have to worry about a shit late game. When the game goes late, you hand the torch to your mid or adc. Whoever got more fed. Sometimes it will only go to 30 min or evwn 20. Thats a problem with elo games. Nobody knows how to end. So is he a good low elo pick
