Thought of this as a fun little game. Basically, try to nerf a champion as much as possible without being unrealistic to Riot's current standards. Let's see who's right and who will get axed in 5.6.

taleofsonata1 votesI play Leblanc but she isnt my 100% main because I cant instant do the W QRE to like Faker, she was the 1st champion I ever bought RP for and that was back in season 3, I bought her but I have never tried her before and as soon as I played her in a custom game I LOVED the champion concept because it was nothing I ever played before. I wanted a burst mage with high mobility that require skills to play and thats the champion I wanted.
I am defending her now because back in season 3 there was alot of QQ that Leblanc was never a high pick rate and because she has a low win rate until faker started showing her off in LCS and then every1 start QQing about Leblanc being broken.
I don`t want Leblanc getting any change, she is fine the well she is but I want people to stop QQ about her and actually UNDERSTAND HER KIT instead of asking straight up for a NERF.
AZIR Is a good exemple, he wasnt op, he has insane damage but wasnt op until he was featured in LCS and then riot straight up NERF him. HE had a LOW win rate and now he has an EVEN MORE lower win rate.

Ult range increased by 10 Q damage reduced by 30 at all ranks W active shield increased by 10 at rank 1, reduced by 50 at rank 5 E removed
We felt that E-Q's lock on power was oppressive for laning, and decided Urgot would be a good choice for League's first three-ability champion! We'll keep an eye on these buffs to make sure Urgot doesn't get too strong.

We also feel that an assassin shouldn't have both a soft and hard CC on one ability, so we're removing the slow from her E. We feel that, as long as her E hit the target, that a stun was an indefinite and inescapable outcome despite it having a maximum range. In addition, flash will now remove the chain as we feel forcing a flash is reward enough, not an indefinite kill too.'

IGotScuttleCrabs1 votesTo compensate Lee with the removal of DFG we made his R lock him in place while he spins a full round house. If they walk into it they are knocked back and dealt a stupid amount of damage. To balance his kits power for this, if he hits someone half of the cost is refunded.

We should all know by now riot doesn't give a fuck about our complaints anyways. I think Leblanc will be fine.

We feel Evelynn has been a very hard Champion to balance. Being able to burst you out of stealth is still very problematic so we've introduced a few tweaks to balance her out.
Ravage: No longer applies on hit effects twice. Passive: Area that she can be seen increased from 700 radius to 1000 radius. Dark frenzy: no longer resets. Hate spike: CD increased to 2 seconds at all ranks.
