With Youmuu's like it is, it will be impossible to get AD assassins to a good spot.
I'm not going to go into detail, because I believe everyone knows the problem I'm talking about.

Youmuu's is just an all around better version of
and it's active will let you cover way more ground than protobelt.
The biggest reason it's too dangerous as it sits right now, is because it adds nothing new, and only amplifies the already exaggerated power of assassins.
If Talon, Rengar, or Kha'zix jump in for instance, and their target manages to escape that initial engage it's over. It's more than likely that their target will simply just out run these guys and get away. But if they build Youmuu's they now have the option to use it as an alternative to their built in gap closer to engage, or use it after as an effective way secure the kill.
It seems so sloppy to have this item in there, it effectively removes counterplay options and makes fighter these guys stale. (Insert fighter here...)
In my opinion as a little gold player is that we work on making it less versatile. Sure, give it attack speed, but the movement speed only seems excessive. The only champions that build it already have enough if not more than enough mobility as it is.
Ideally if we removed it, then assassins would get compensation to their kits to help make up for it. However those changes would be very small, and it would really make AD assassins more towards feast and famine. If Zed or Rengar gets ahead, try as you might, a dash will not be able to save you, even without them having Youmuu's. But if they're even with or under you, it's much less likely that they're going to 100-0 you without some response on your part.
I suppose you could say my goal is to add overall counterplay against the AD assassins role, and give players more than .25 seconds to react to the incoming nuke. Thanks for your time reading my over camma'd mess of moderately incoherent scrawling.
Edit: By all means, downvote my post. But leave a damn explanation as to why you disagree with my position.
