Even walking to lane with my minions is a fight to avoid a bugged-out pathing state.
You can get hard blocked by 2 minions alone, isolated from any others.
The situation seems to get subtly worse with every patch.
C'mon Rito let's fix this !

I mean I almost never have this problem anymore and almost never see anyone complain about it.
I have this problem constantly, especially on larger tanks and fighters (Cho isn't even worth playing near a lane because of how bad it gets for him) Naut, Sion, Maokai, and several other larger characters can get 100% pinned in a minion wave if not careful. I have gotten many kills and deaths I shouldn't have because either I or my lane opponent got stuck for no good reason.
It sucks to have to do this but you have to micro manage your pathing or get outplayed by the minions...
This rarely happens to me anymore except near tower chokepoints. My skillshit dodging and positioning is excellent because of this. So guess I can say minion block forced me to be a better player :P
Happens rarely, but when it does... hilarity ensues.
I've been blocked between the mid T2 red turret and the jungle wall for four seconds in the late stages of a teamfight, running on the spot, tanking shots (thanks god i was a tank), looking ridiculous. A few month ago.
And yesterday... well being walled by your minions next to the ennemy tower just after you've sneaked some poke between two tower shots made me lmao. Flash was down, ofc.
