Balance team needs re-evaluation and consquences. Patch 6.1 didn't solve any preaseason problems

• Damage from towers is still negligible. It takes to long to load and lock on an enemy. Getting dived pre6 by laner and jungler is still very common.

• Visiongame still not fixed. We don't have a slot for pink wards and the sweeper upgrade is useless vs stealth champs since it is reactive and not pro active.

• AD bias. Higher armor penetration means will keep showing up and in every game and make armor even worse stat than it already was and put tanks at even worse place.

• As an AP midlaner you are still obligated to rush even if it is for the gold passive only

• Thunderstorm keystone has still the same design problems. It still procs from 1 ability like Morgana's Pool. And still is a general buff to early game champs to reward them for not doing anything different they weren't doing before. Just free extra damage for spell rotation or AA.

• Damage spike is still insane. Extremely easy for Jax and Irelia to snowball or simply go 0-6 in lane, get rageblade and still wreck you.

• Still no nerfs. Please balance team go to hell. When a champ is this toxic he should be treated like pre rework poppy and get gutted until a longterm solution is available.

• Still no nerfs

• Still no changes to kit

• Still no adjustment to masteries to give supports real options instead of picking the least worst

• Nerf to and putting the 15% slow reduction mastery out of reach for most champs and at a huge cost and the buff to a few patches ago means we are still in the permakite meta.

Conclusion Riot balance team fails to recognize the problems from preseason and to deal with them accordingly. The decisionmaking is incomprehensible and unexplainable. Nothing has been learned from preseason! If you lack the skill, knowledge and are completely inadequate and incompetent then how can you maintain your job? At every job you get evaluated and if keep doing your job in a poorly way eventually sacked. But the balance team is infallible. They can keep making dumb mistakes over and over again without any consequences because their job is never at stake. Please go away and make room for others.
