Champions like Yasuo should be disabled until reworked

You say that like there's any intention of reworking them. Whenever a champion has something frustrating in their kit, there is intended weaknesses built in to make up for it.

To use Yasuo for example, he can dodge skillshots all day, but in order to charge up his Q and use his E to dodge, he MUST push the wave. If you use your range to only last hit and punish him for moving in, you can easily freeze him in front of your tower, deny him CS, gain a health advantage, or all of the above. By not pushing, you will run out of minions faster than he does, meaning he has less targets for his E, and thus, less opportunities to dodge. His Wind Wall is powerful, but it has a long cooldown, and he usually maxes it last. Most champs can go through a full rotation of spells twice in the time it will take him to get another Wind Wall ready. Force Wind Wall with an ability, let him clear, and pop his shield. When he runs out of minions to dash to, throw your skillshots at him when he has nothing to stop it with. Repeat until you can all-in, force an early back, or kill him.

There is always counterplay, but you have to understand what you're facing.

If that is your opinion then shouldn't all champions on the rework list Reav3's put out be disabled until reworked. At least they are getting reworked so it would make more sense then someone who may never see a rework.
