Make a secondary option when choosing fill

So I use fill quite a lot in ranked, and I feel it would be infinitely more useful if it still had a secondary choice. That way you could avoid a role you sucked at or just try to not get a role you're getting tired off. Personally i would just use it to try and block whichever role I had played last to get some more diversity.
