its a bit unfair that pyke basically always knows if an area is warded or not

when pyke took dmg, he gets grey health which he regenerates if he is out of vision. basically if pyke stands in a bush and doesnt get his health back, he knows that he is seen. thus there is a ward here (or a teemo). thats a bit unfair imo.
