Can Riot please tell me where they want me playing Nautilus?

He had a 50 percent win rate top lane so he got some nerfs. He can't clear the jungle anymore. Is he only a support now? Can somebody at Riot tell me what I am supposed to do with him? I feel like Sylvestor Stallone in Victory asking where to stand on a corner kick. He is my second most played champion over the last 4 years and I have had to transition from jungle to support to top but I honestly am not sure what role he currently is supposed to be in.
