when bard comes out, is karthus going to get buffs?

karthus is already out of meta, bard is going to be too hard of a counter to karthus with that op ult

not to mention karthus passive is already bugged

Well according to Lee Sin logic, no matter how powerful his ult is, it'll be ok because the average player won't be good enough to abuse it. :P

A champ who can use a map ult while he is dead( so you can do anything without zhonyas) can be buffed.

Yah; An ult that dose 250+ 60%ap damage is so scary after the crater is already dead and unable to chase you.

I mean lux ult only dose 300 +75% ap every 80 seconds Diana only deals 100 + 60% ap every 25 seconds Ziggs only deals 250 + 90% ap every 120 seconds

Requiem's impending damage is shown to enemies by a large beam of greenish light coming from the sky during the channel. He needs a buff it take way to many Q to kill a champ and a single health poition and they are at full health you have only 20% OF YOUR MANA LEFT.
