Riot needs to do something about the state of low level games and new player's first experiences

I've been watching my friend level up an account from scratch and every game has either been full premades trying to pubstomp noobs or has some insecure random player named "Master Yi Pro" or "NA BEST YASUO LOL" trying to destroy new players every game. They aren't just in some games, or in certain mmr spectrums, this is literally the case in every low level game that my friend has played.

The worst part is that these premade groups and wannabe pubstompers flame new players when they do bad like they're supposed to understand the game on their level. This is basically what made DOTA allstars and DOTA 2 so inaccessible to so many new players. I thought the thing that made league so much more popular was how accessible the game used to be.

Riot needs to seriously stop and think about this. You can keep taking money from former permabanned players and smurfs that make new accounts but by making the game so frustrating to learn for new players that money will eventually dry up once those people who ruin the game for new players decide to quit themselves.

truth, been quietly leveling up an account and the amount of flamers and smurfs is daft

I know a few new players right now, and until around level 20 they didn't end up against any pubstompers, flamers, or smurfs. Riot seems to do a pretty good job weeding out the new players from the old players with new accounts, which is why you wouldn't see the actual new player experience.

Doesn't mean it still can't be improved (looking at you Thornmail Ashe) but it's not as bad as we veterans might think.
