as you all know yasuo was severely nerfed by the triforce change making him have to go glass cannon. to give him tankiness i think that his ult should make his flow grow maybe 1.5 or 2.0x so that he can survive longer. its still gated by ult

you need no more then 2 crit items to get 100% crit on him and you should be rushing these first if possible. You can then build other items like 
(life steal + CC cleanse active + MR), 
(all physical damage you deal now heals you and causes a DoT "bleed" effect on yourself to survive burst a little better which givesyou a better chance to survive a fight).
