Yes -Howling Gale (Q) now travels up to 35% further from 20% But it came with a "nerf" -Monsoon (R) AP ratio lowered to .4 AP from .6 AP A worthless nerf because she buys very very little AP

i seriously hope that this is intended as a nerf...her winrate is among the highest of all champs since quite forever. It won´t accomplish much, but with riot these days you gotta take what you get.

I believe it was meant to reduce some of her power but it actually gave her more leverage with her Q. :[

That AP nerf kind of sucks for her, but I don't think it matters that much. If anything her Q buff is more relevant.

She never gets much ap anyway, she also very rarely uses it for sustain too
