Honestly? The old Fiora was OK, just her ultimate was just a knock off cheese and no one like it. So riot change it, but lets add on her Q right so she can dash more than god damn RIVEN. The biggest issue is if she does so much damage and is the best dueler in the game why does she need to do TRUE DAMAGE?

It is not. %health true damage is specialized anti-tank mechanic obviously, she can deal with squishies as well because of her great base damages and the fact she builds a bunch of AD. She would fall off in teamfights if it wasn't for her ult and the fact her W catching a random CC in teamfights equates to a stun.

Fiora is rather weak in team fights, she contributes nothing to combo teams, she has shitty peel, and is a shitty front line, and don't say shes a good front line because of her W, that shit runs a massive cd.
