@Riot - Evelynn

Evelynn, as you yourselves have said, is difficult to balance based on her passive, which makes her either incredibly strong or distubingly weak. I think it's time you gave her the axe. Evelynn is unlike champions like Taric or Pantheon in that along with looking old as the game itself, her kit is nearly non-funtioning with the way that the fear of her dominating keeps her under the heel of the nerf machine. Taric and Pantheon can function well with just a visual overhaul and minor tweaks. Evelynn needs so much more to make her playable and able to balance. So please Riot, look into getting Evelynn to a better place both visually and in gameplay. I like her and I'd like to use her and not be a liability to my team.
