How strong would Singed be if he can fling teammates?

If Singed had the option to fling his teammates some distance to maybe to safety.

I mean, there are uses, such as, if you are Singed and you are low hp while being chased by someone and your teammate is coming to help you in the opposite direction. You can basically fling your teammate towards the enemy chasing you while still running away. This means a free dash for a teammate.

You can also low hp bait enemy and fling a teammate that is ambushing in a bush for free gap closer.
