Riot please fix the Match Making across entire game

Riot please re-assign more time/resources to your match making process. In 2 words "It Sucks". 1 game out of 20 I get matched with and against players of equal skill and a great battle takes place. Almost all of the time is a ff20 or complete snowball from hell. I Don't like Winning a 40-4 game almost as much as I like Losing one. If the average game take 30 min and I have to wait 20 games to get an enjoyable game then that is almost 10 hours to get 1/2 hour of epic play.

"The only value in an easy victory is to show your humility in view of Riot's Failure to provide a more balanced match."
