Match making process fails to provide challenging games and creates boring games 80% of the time.

Riot seems to care little for the match making process. This is not a new gripe I am complaining about, this is only something that is paramount to a game succeeding or failing. Players ultimately get bored of easy wins or impossible match ups where you can't hope to win. At the end of games, players are complaining about low grading when they do exceptionally well. Riot seems to be more interested in getting anyone into a game rather then matching up evenly skilled players. When a high percentage of games are impossibly hard or stupidly easy, players leave the game for better games. I currently play 3 multiplayer online games, and by far League takes more time to play then any other online game I have played in the 15 years of playing online games. It is an investment of my time and if Riot can't workout their match making process there are 10 other games asking for my attention.

Riot needs to Inspire me to keep playing by allowing a chance to gain a victory without making it stupidly easy or impossibly hard.

Get on with it Riot, your time is quickly running out.

Smurfing ruins matchmaking. Players' record doesn't accurately reflect their skill and there's only so much Riot can do about it.

Don't get me wrong, I love league and think it's very fun to play. Although it is pretty discouraging to look at op.gg while you're loading to see if you're going to win or lose. No, it's not 100% accurate, but in my experience it's usually easy to tell.
