It was meant to be a way to deal with adc draintanking, especially 
, but ended up being a complete "fuck you" to all bruisers that relied on sustain while being rather ineffective at dealing with adcs.

So what youre saying is bruisers should auto win any lane and tanks SHOULDNT have a way to stop ADCs from drain tanking?
Also, bruisers arent based around their sustain in lane. Play smarter, play a little safer if someone rushes a bramble vest against you and youre a basic attacker. How many basic attack based sustain bruisers are there anyway? Warwick?

Also, of ALL those champions who are sustain based.... (and no, fiora is NOT sustain based. Her ult heals her when you get them all, unless i misunderstand her passive) Only Nasus and Olaf have to basic attack for their sustain. In Darius' case, he pulls+spins, then basic attacks. In Camilles case, she waits for the duration between attacks.
Wait.... Bramble vest lasts 1 second. Are you telling me that you cant wait ONE SECOND between basic attacks when youre a champion who does most of their damage through abilities?!

1 Second is a long time tbh, that's one second that you don't heal as much.

Yeah but its on a tank with low damage output and your attack speed probably wont break over 1.2 as a bruiser unless you get trinity. Hell most base attack speed is 0.93 or something. Its usually below 1 isnt it?
