What the hell is with all the bots And/or trolls in blind pick lately?!

Like really, has anyone else been seeing this lately late at night? this is getting WAY out of hand. I can, with like 95% certainty say that this yi is a bot. He auto locked top, said literally nothing all game, then proceeded to run down lane, try and cs (While failing at it) and than constantly run at riven over and over again. And by the end of the game when our entire team gave up, every time he'd respawn, he'd run straight into them, die, then repeat.....
This is why i stick to TB, at least in there you can kick out trolls and bots before the match.
