It is working. Why does everyone assume that bans should happen within 1 hour of reporting? My report took about 4 days to get handled. Give Riot a few days at least.

I always submit a ticket to Riot Games support, in addition to reporting in-client.

Recently, this has given me a good number of Instant Feedback Reports.

It's not instant - I typically get the in-client pop-up whenever support addresses the ticket.

Sometimes it takes a few days, but it's well worth for that sweet, sweet justice.

I've started just muting all players at the beginning of games. I'm close to muting all pings as well.

The final straw was playing as a jungler where my top lane was 0-3 within the first five minutes which was my fault. At no point was the enemy in a position where I could gank.

In the same game, bottom (who were 3-0-0 and 0-0-2 combined) pinged for my assistance about 10 times in the first ten minutes. Top pinged the same amount. Constant pinging for both.

At one point, I attempted to help top out (who was already 0-2 I believe) because he was low health and hiding in a bush. I went top through the river and tried to shoe the enemy back to their tower to let top escape, and it was successful. As soon as I did, the top came out and tried to kill the enemy near his tower (who was about 20 cs, 2 levels and 2 kills above him) and got deleted. Somehow, that was my fault.

Everybody on my team claimed they reported me for being a terrible jungler. I ended the game something like 2-3 with 175 cs in a 25 minute forfeit, while they had 10 plus deaths.

Wait 2 days then check. They system may be automated but it can still back log.

Did you report them? They may have been chat restricted if they had a clean record before then.
