Implying most renekton's use his empowered e. Most of the times q or w is far FAR better than the shred. Especially early on. Why shred his armour when you can stun him for longer or heal more?

Renekton is the last reliable user of item 3071 and his only really solid build is a worse version of every item 3078 bruiser build.

Also, have you ever tried playing Renekton against any tank in top? I want to rope myself whenever I see Ornn Chogath or Sion

You can either lane against a guy who will always win trades because of his passive therefore you either just farm the entire lane or all in.

Or you can lane against a dude that'll deal DOT to you every few seconds.

Top lane Is a stalemate decided by jungle presence. Regardless of what champ you play, you can always safe farm. If you disagree, you are really bad at top laning.

5 out of top 10 champions are tanks. Pretty impressive for champion class with least champions game. top 20 has 9 of em, almost there, we are almost at proper fighter vs tank ratio. Worst tank is Nautilus sitting on spot #30, performing better than champions such as Tryndamere Darius Vladimir Fiora Quinn Garen Aatrox .

Damn those tanks sure do look weak today.
