Draven's trade off is that he is telegraphed, has medium range, and a kit that revolves entirly around 1 ability. also late game he has a speed cap on his maxium DPS due to him juggling those said axes. Draven without axes is useless, no a small AS buff wont make him duel any other adc if he doesnt have his axes juggled. How about dont fuck with a good champion, and just tweak his numbers a bit, either that or nerf death dance, Draven was not a problem before that. But if DD stays as it is, nerf his numbers a bit, but dont punish him for losing an axe just because some minion block or because (god forbid) he faces an actual thinking enemy that interruptes his axes juggling
