Is using attack move really worth it?
I've been trying to learn to use it and I fuck up a lot of fights because I end up autoing a minion and losing DPS. Does anyone just end up using their normal clicks instead?

So it has use but you have to know how to use it to really make it a good option
First off having bound to anything but an extra key or button is a bad idea since rick clicking will remain your main form of movement commands. Example that people commonly use is making A attack move click while I have it set to an extra button on my mouse.
Second is that it will target the nearest enemy unit to where you clicked that is within range.
In other words if You want to attack unit A and there is unit B clicking right next to A will target them assuming they are in range.
On the other hand if A is slightly out of range and B is in range it will target B making it have some considerable draw backs if used at the wrong times.
It can be really good for chasing a single enemy champ or waiting for them to get out of hiding. It is however not the most reliable thing to be using when trying to hast hit minions..
So should you use it? I would say yes if you are willing to learn when to use it.
I A click all the time, but i still use it to click on the target I want to attack if its a deathball. It just makes it easier for me because it's a big Diamond.
I have never seen any reason to use it, but i have a big monitor and a mouse with realistic DPI..
Is it really advantageous for adcs (or other roles)?
