He literally has to wait 2 seconds to kill someone.

If he doesn't need an empowered W then he's either fed or your insanely weak.

I don't even have a problem with his late cause then you actually walk around as a team and all and can do something against his flanks.

What pisses me off about the champion is that he just is a big fuck you to all squishy immobile mages. Every assassin has at least some counterplay, some point where you can cc them and make a turnaround.

Fizz just throws his ult across the lane once and if it hits you, which will happen 90% because it's hitbox is BS, you have 2 options:

Throw your hard cc on him: E's on you, you ded. Wait out your hard cc: you ded anyway the moment the knockup comes.

The whole champion could be so much cooler if his identity wouldn't be being a hard counter to some champions.

His ult is an incredible follow-thru to the tank initiating, IE Malphite R or Amumu R.

To say Fizz has no use of his R late game would be nearsighted.

Good thing you where not playing back in season 3 moonfall if you have a problem with fizz... Because back then we had this special item.. that granted 120 AP.... had an active that delt 15% hp and oh wait... it also amplified all magic damage that target takes by 20% for 4 secconds.... atleast hes decent now a days... oh and that item was known as Deathfires grasp.. dont forget Fizz is an assassin...

ive been around since season 2. I know what fizz used to be. Essentially he hasent changed.

The thing is he has... yeah he can do a ton of damage but he essentially doesnt 1shot you anymore... unless like all assassins let alone people.. gets really far ahead.. his hit has relativly decent scailings too... his Q and W are below 60% ap scailing and E and ulti have a decent ap scailing on them of 60%+

Its not a problem when im playing Diana, however Fizz seems to steamrole no matter what and hes stupid hard to catch. Same goes for Katarina because even if they suck they will eventually get a kill and steamrole.

Well yeah those are champs that tend to just go kill your team and get fed.

Diana does that too though... So you can only blame yourself for not killing his team faster than he kills yours! :)

I don't think this is a fair comparison. It's assuming fizz is fed enough to not need his ult. If Diana is super fed she doesn't need her Q.

necro old post, yes, but this is not the same thing. If Diana uses R without Q it goes on cooldown. Also, she has no way to get out. Fizz can still wq with lichbane at full build and kill any squishy. Just one targetted dash. then trickster out. not to mention his ridiculous scaling ult is still available.
