cass W feels so awful on smart cast.
the rest of her kit is fine and her E will be even better with the hotfix, but her W just feels so awful to me. it has too many restricions, but the main problem with it is the minimum cast range and the fact that it doesnt do what you want it to do with smart cast turned on because of its circular cast radius. most of the time when you try to cast it it will never behave the way you want it to.
at the very least tho i dont think it needs to have that "minimum" cast range.
