Luden's Echo
I am going to list some suggestions for Luden's Echo and as much as this is a fun item and I would love to see it work out there are some flaws of either the item is too expensive, does not offer sufficient stats, and/or the passive is just lack luster mainly due to it not hitting enough targets.
SUGGESTIONS: (Not necessarily all of these together obviously)
-
Lower the gold cost to 2500g from 3100g [combine cost 50g from 650g] Okay so this change is basically making the item gold efficient, but not in stats, remember the stats are ALREADY paid for with pre-items so combing the item is getting the passive similar to Trinity Force where combining your items is basically free.

Grant +15% cooldown reduction upon completing the item. So this will not stack with the first point I made since this would make the item too good. Granting cooldown reduction to the item's stats makes a lot of sense for the item's passive and smoothing out build paths because cooldown reduction is very important for a mage. I almost prefer a lower gold cost, but cooldown reduction would be a nice touch as well. Points one and two are the majour points for the item, the other points to follow can be potentially added on to either point one or point two.

Passive hits up to 8 or 10 targets from 4. The passive does feel very lack luster and I don't think it has anything to do with the current animation or even the damage it grants, but rather it is not very notice-able considering it is usually going with AoE spells and the spells outshine the Luden's Echo passive because either flashier animations or greater AoE and this buff will just focus on the item's AoE standpoint.

Passive charges faster via casting and/or moving. A faster charge just means more champions can use the passive effectively.

Increase the damage both in the base and AP ratio on the passive. This is more of a long shot, but a faster charges and more targets hit is probably better for the game, and increased damage will probably just make the game less fun and not fix the lack luster-ness the passive currently has going on while I think increased targets hit will help the passive feel strong.
Hope you enjoy the ideas! ~ Stacona
