Seriously. 60% apratio to 20%. W ult isnt a Ult class spell anymore but an escape button. Damage is more than halved. I guess the rework is totally out of hand now. In contrast, you are just cementing the kiting mage elements that the community totally stated that is not leblancs identity with adding too much waveclear gimmicks. Do you guys want to make us go top ad leblanc with lethality or something?

If I wanted to outplay minions, I would rather go swish swish and look cool with yasuo instead.

TBH They should just revert her - she was never such a balance problem before. She rarely went above a 48-49% winrate, and was rarely if ever banned.

She is going to need such nerfs and changes - they should just scrap it and start over.

To be honest... all her damage is in her passive... her abilities dont need to burst you... they are her tools for setting up a kill with her passive. A Root a Mobility move and then a wave clear move so she can roam. Which is why they increased the damage to minions. Q W and E and R are all tools to set up a kill now with her passive proc. She had too much damage when her 4 abilities also did damage on top of the passive one shot.

The too much waveclear part results in more less counterplay in my opinion. Remember when leblanc had 51% winrate after rework when she had like malzahar level push power? Thats the result of leblanc being able to leave lane too frequently.
