@Riot is there any way you can stop 3rd party websites from allowing people see our account stats?

We should have a choice wither or not our stats are public domain. Its called privacy. And this influences matches as well. EVEN on the boards it is abused.

"Oh you 34% winrate bronze scrub."

If you REALLY want to decrease toxicity in general this is good avenue to approach. PLEASE look into this.

The idea is to optionally have your stats private from 3rd party websites.

You can't talk about privacy when the account you're playing on is riots property

You aren't entitled to privacy in an online game. If you want people to quit giving you shit play better, that way they can't say you have 500 games already played this season and are only Silver 5.

People can see your account stats in client/on the league site too, it'd just be slightly more inconvenient if 3rd party sites couldn't.

on the client is fine.. idc about that, whats annoying is that lets say your on a win streak and u enter a match you encounter a duo who happens to be top / jg so they look you up see you as the potential threat and camp the living shit outta you just to make sure you get no type of lead to infulence the match in ANY way. Just one example of many of how its abused off 3rd party. Client is fine imo.

I don't really follow why them looking you up in the client and potentially camping you is fine, but them looking you up on op.gg and potentially camping you is not.

It won't lower toxicity at all if they offer that privacy.
