There is no hextech item that works like hextech revolver
It goes from being an on hit passive to an active. I think there should be an item that combines hextech revolver with kirchies shard.

Zero Skill Tank2 votesI thought about it a while ago, actually. AS/AP shard item would just make sense, as shard deals magic damage, and it would open more DPS-oriented playstyle to champions like TF, Ekko or Diana, because it would also have some synergy with burst.
Downside is indirectly buffing Teemo and Kayle while they don't really need buffs ATM, but than again extending their item pool could make them easier to balance.
