So I zoned the talon off cs for a while after somehow surviving his lvl 2 100-0 under turret combo.
He comes back down a ton of gold because he took a risky pick that didn’t pay off. Suddenly because he got his duskblade gets one kill on me and get a 600 gold bounty.
Excuse me what? Who thought this was a good idea? I’m getting punished for winning my lane?

There are clearly already repercussions to AFK farming all game.
You're actively not helping your team in team fights, and you aren't helping with taking objectives.
Full Brain1 votesThey want that sweet sweet cable broadcast deal. The games are too long for TV you aren't getting 8 hour blocks on even the lesser ESPN channels. So they keep increasing the amount of gold you can get to make the games end faster.
