Yes please. I'm not going to say that front-loaded damage is always unhealthy, because it can be made healthy, but the fact that it needs to be made healthy (and that it's difficult to do so) is precisely why it should never be added onto an item. Even if there are a handful of champions on whom upfront damage is acceptable, there is a far larger group of champions on whom it's not, and I suspect there wasn't even that much forethought put into the intended recipients of items like Duskblade/Stormrazor/Statikk Shiv. There is not a single AD assassin, or AD champion really, who specifically needed a front-loaded damage mechanic, and the combination of the two has led to some very unpleasant gameplay consequences, namely an environment in which people die too quickly from uninteractive mechanics (because for some reason, all of these items with upfront burst apply it through autoattacks). It's not good for interactivity or skill expression, and I feel is a major contributor to the game's excessive damage levels. Removing or reworking these items could be a large step forward in desaturating damage from League, and could massively improve the health of quite a few champions at this point.
