I am the only one who think that Riot shouldn't just buff Aatrox?

I see many threads with complaints about why Riot supposedly forgot about Aatrox or why they buff champions like Xin Zhao instead of Aatrox which is supposedly more in need of buffs.

However, I don't think that Aatrox should just be buffed. He has an unhealthy kit, if he is ever buffed, chances are that he will be broken. His kit has problems that have nothing to do with numbers, he needs a rework more than buffs. On my opinion Riot is not necessarily forgetting about Aatrox, they are just doing to him the same thing that they did to Yorick, avoid touching him until they know what they should do to him; a rework, buffs, or something else that didn't came to my mind.

Why his kit is unhealthy? Because he gets free sustain, hard CC that can't be reduced by tenacity, poke, two attack speed steroids, and a revive passive, on top of being manaless. The only reason why he is weak is because his numbers are intentionally being kept low, and also because his hard CC is tied to an ability that can easily be interrupted.
