Wonderful riot, another completely batshit overpowered new champ.
3 new champs 3 new overpowered champs... This is getting really old, its basically pay to win at this point either buy new champ to keep up or eat dust while playing older champs.
Yeah, he seems too strong.
But at least his kit is not that complicated, so number changes might actually be enough to bring him in line here.
Something is off.
He was at 50% mid just yesterday.
I suspect that there was a lot of new players that just started their S10 and had not played vs Sett
His kit is fine. Numbers are a bit high
His late game is his only weak point IF ADC can kite him and support can CC-him. But he has bonus MS and will build DMP anyways. Sett can duel literally anyone because of his stupid shield and Q damage (true damage excluded ONLY IF you can react fast to it and dodge it). Things to nerf in my opinion: -Passive damage / attack speed -W shield and damage
