...Most big systems they've released sit on PBE for several patches. The snowdown shops were on PBE for 2-3 cycles, New Champion Select was on PBE for 3-5. Expecting them to introduce a giant new system and instantly put it on live with no testing is frankly insane.

This, pretty sure its also live in turkey now for more extensive testing anyway, so its not like it isn't coming.
Tencent doesn't decide what riot does because tencent knows that riot can manage the game better then them.
The system is going through extensive testing to make sure it's working
The system is live in Turkey right now
RITO I NEEDZ MY HI NEWN JIN PLZ
haha xd hextek craftin so eesy xd tencent evil xdddd rito u shud huryy
"herp derp im an obnoxious kid and when someone promise my free stuff they better fucking give it now!" is how I interpret this post
grats i try my best to upset the masses of gd and provoke retards such as yourself
Judging by the down votes, the majority agrees with me.
don't take upvote/downvotes at face value
the boards are a masses type of place. One person sees downvote/upvote and typically the rest go along with it regardless of content of the post. I've seen posts written by one person, downvoted into oblivion (cus they're a "forum troll.") while another person gets upvoted. Anyone who's been around long enough and know's who Yenn is knows exactly what I'm talking about
If this were more eloquently written and not just some "herp derp rito why not hextech yet" it would likely be going in a different direction, but I'm lazy af and wanted quick responses.
bump
From what I read a while ago, any western company Tencent invests in they do not directly control. China constantly failed to set up their own companies in America many times and eventually gave up and decided to basically invest/buy out companies being run by Americans since they figured Americans would know what Americans want more than themselves.
Like American Movie Classics now owned by the chinese. Hahohoehehaha.
