Zekes hairbringer is basically useless now

Adcs don't really need crit anymore it's basically in every item they build. By the time you build zekes your adc is probably at 80%. Can zekes get a new effect

Bring back the aura and give it a similar active to now that disables the aura but empowers a single ally of your choosing.
