can we reduce the duration of akail's shroud

what is a shroud? i have this fancy thing I use to see invisible champions called a pink ward

Yeah they could shorten it, but to nerf it by more than 1 second would ruin Akali and her LC$ BIGPLAYS. Her shroud is what allows her to escape, and what allows her to juke opponents by correctly placing it. AoE and pink wards already ruin her shroud, I think it's the least problematic of her kit. The ONLY nerf that Akali needs is that her Q should be a skill shot. It is a nerf to unskilled players and it makes her much easier to poke out of lane.

Nerf not the duration but the area of her shroud. Nerf the area of the shroud to small enough that champions like Brand and Morgana can fill it with their AoEs. That would allow the same counterplay (AoE) and make it more effective.
