Agreed, whenever I see someone not banning a champion, I instantly think "you better carry the shit outta this game, I'm expecting challenger level mechanics in this silver game, ya cocky little shit". If you don't ban anyone in champ select, you have no right to complain that a champion is broken.

Or maybe that person just wants to practice? Just because you don't make use of the bans doesn't mean you think you're a god. Maybe they really don't care and/or want to learn how to play against all the champions.
