It provides attack speed to synergize with his passive and then % increase bonus attack damage for his already % increase attack damage. It requires some set up, but does this seem good to anyone? I know Jhin isn't typically known as on on-hit champion and won't benefit a ton from Guinsoo's Rage, but doesn't 73% attack speed and then 24% increased bonus attack damage sound good on the champion with the most potential AD in the game that gains AD from attack speed as well?

It would simply take way too much time for Jhin to stack it up in order to experience the true benefits the item has to offer, not worth it

The pure stats from rageblade sound good on basically everyone. But you need range and attack speed to get the stacks up properly as you already mentioned. I don't think he's a good user even if he set the bonus up on minions because once they fell of in a short pause of fight he will have the same problem again, which is the case on basically every reengage.

Yeah it must have been slipped through last patch... oh wait it is like that since 5.22 at least.

Basic attacks grant +8% Attack Speed, +3 Attack Damage, and +4 Ability Power for 5 seconds (stacks up to 8 times, melee attacks grant 2 stacks). While you have 8 stacks, gain Guinsoo's Rage.
