An improvement for the new player experience: CSing

We all know that CSing is one of the hardest skills in LoL to learn, and new players often struggle with it. Even experienced players miss a minion or two at times.

All of you remember the tower range/aggro ring in bot games, right? The thing that tells you when you need to watch out for tower aggro, and shows you the line that you can dance around.

Lets do something similar with minions: If a minions health is equal to or less than your champions attack damage, the minion will glow...lets say gold? Players will get a feeling for lasthitting much quicker and easier with such a change. (Reminder: Minions (except supers) have 0 armor and MR, so if their health is equal to or less than your AD then your autoattack will kill the minion.)

I disagree that CSing is the hardest skill to learn. Most golds can CS with no problem, but why are they gold and not challenger? I think the huge negativity, smurfing, lack of friendliness, poor matchmaking and lack of tutorials is a bigger problem for new players, but this is a great idea.

Err, hardest basic skill to learn then xP Things like manipulating minion waves and complicated mechanics aren't really skills newer players need to learn at all. The only skill that I'd compare to CSing that they need to learn is map awareness really.

All of those are problems for new players, but any improvements to the new players experience would help.
