Viktor's skill shot is nearly unavoidable

his E is pretty easy to avoid.

First part of his E doesn't even do damage, it's the second hit after it.

Just learn to dodge it.

i consider myself a reasonable viktor player.

let me just start off by saying.... E is literally the only redeeming thing about viktor, without it hes nothing and its been nerfed over the years because people have found it too annoying to play melee champions into viktor.

that being said, early game the laser is worthless, it deals nearly no damage.

mid game is great, but hes rushed raw AP and upgraded his core, hes literally defenseless, just engage onto him first. i can assure you doesn't 100-0 you with just 3 abilities, he needs another rotation or poke before hand.

this is your opportunity to kill him, hes an immobile mage afterall, you go hard on his butt and he loses.
