its not half bad. Zeke is a very powerful item.
With max cdr (40%-45% with mastery) you get the most out of the ap from zeke.
E does aoe damage which is great in team fights and scales with your base ad and ap so both and synergize really well with it.
Plus vi has good base hp and benefits from more hp.
give it a try. top lane vi, hell try it mid.
