Re-introduce "One For All" Game mode?

Greetings, i have been doing some research and found out this mode has existed in past events. would there be a chance to make it a permanent addition?

How it was like having 10 players use the same champ?

To my knowledge, syndra,karthus and teemo were disabled in this mode, which other champs would be broken in a 10 same match?
