Can we get more Long Swords in build paths?

Specifically regarding The Black Cleaver and Frozen Mallet, it feels bad to have to wait so long to get the AD from the items.

On Gnar's primary two items, he gets a total of 70 AD. He only gets 30 AD from component items. Tossing an extra Long Sword into each build path would make for a much smoother build path.

Other AD + defense items don't have this problem. Sterak's Gage gets 25 AD from its build path for 25% base AD and has two Long Swords in its build path, and Titanic Hydra gets 35 AD from its build path for 35 AD and has 3 Long Swords in its build path. Maw of Malmortius gets 35 AD from components for 50 AD, but it has 3 Long Swords in it's build path.

Any champion that builds The Black Cleaver would benefit significantly from this. If need be to prevent damage champions from still building The Black Cleaver, lower the AD to 35 or something, and increase the health.
