@Riot Yasuo is way to mobile and strong.

I know this champion is supposed to be extremely mobile and in your face. The problem is that he can spam everything, has a w that blocks everything in front of him, Yasuo can spam his dash attack, he has a double crit with his passive . . . . and your only response is that the wind wall is working as intended and you are "looking" into making his crit passive so it scales with his level. Again, like everyone has told you, this champion is too strong. You need to remove her crit passive and put in a ability or just remove it period. His windwall is ridiculous since he can block all projectiles and ultmates. Like no one can even attempt to make a play on this champion since he can practically spam his W. What I don't understand is that Fiora has something very similar where she can block all damage and what not. For the most part I think it is pretty balanced and it has a long cooldown. Yet we have a Yasuo that can spam his W every chance he gets. Drastically up the cooldown of that annoying ability or completely remove it. It's ridiculous.

Sometimes I wonder if you test anything at all. You claim to be aware of all the problems but it seems like you are not tackling the issues. The main issues with Yasuo is his double crit passive or w/e and his windwall. Fix him please and listen to the community.

There's so much to say about your post, but I'm going to start with your assertions about wind wall. Yasuo can "spam" it? His W is on a 26-second cooldown. That's a full seven seconds longer than Fiora's Riposte. Hell, Yasuo doesn't even build CDR, so it'll only rarely be any lower than 16 seconds.

Now the important part. Riot knows what's up with Yasuo. They have billions of games worth of data on everything from win rate, to skill curve, to how long it takes, on average, for him to get shiv+IE. They are so much better informed than we are that it's inconceivable that we, the community, would have a better grasp on the state of the game's balance.

The complaints lobbed at them from all the other low elo scrubs like you and I are basically worthless to the balance team. They look at champion performance at like diamond and up, and that's what they base their judgement on above all else. And you know what? Yasuo is not only fine up there, but his winrate is sub-50%.

There is nothing overpowered about Yasuo.

If you have trouble with a champion, the best way to learn how to play against them is to play them. Go give it a try.
