This way, you dont deal 40%+ true damage, cause that's not fun..... Please.
I'd honesty want conqueror to be half as effective on certain champions who already deal large amounts of true damage... 
but there's no way riot will let that happen.

As an adc hater, yes, just revert it and make it give 25% bonus crit damage and reduce the price
