Make Nidalee's traps like Caitlyn's

Make Nidalee traps only trigger on champions and monsters, remove it's damage, but let her spear be targeted for 4 seconds and crit for 200% damage on enemies that step on a trap.

If we can't nerf Caitlyn, at least bring other champions to her level.
