The proc can very literally one shot you, even before you are able to do any panic cast of CC. And the blackout shutting down your warding almost entirely kills your ability to take preemptive action to the movements of the one shot champs.

A could see plenty of champions 1-shotting a support. Especially those two since they sit near the bottom of the list.
The only champion capable of being 1-shot but just the proc is a lvl 1 unmounted Kled (340 base health). So.... Obvious hyperbole?
DJMason881 votesIf one shotting means that you are killed from 1 thing that took all of your health (while you were full health), only people who are so far ahead you already lost and cho'gath can "one-shot". Full rotation does not equal one shot. Hence the "one"
